MASTERS OF ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT ADMISSION


Case Western Reserve University's Masters Program is an innovative degree in engineering and management, making it one of the top engineering colleges available to prospective students that come from biomedical engineering programs, polymer science engineering programs and more.

Requirements MEM entry timeline

Students enrolled in accredited baccalaureate biomedical engineering programs, mechanical engineering management programs, polymer science engineering programs or general engineering degree programs who hold junior or senior status are considered eligible.* The engineering degree program is designed for individuals with less than 3 years of work experience, and is only available in a full-time format.

A complete online application needs to include the following items:

  • A Master of Engineering and Management Application for Admission
  • Three Letters of Recommendation (Submitted online)
  • Transcripts (Download Transcript Request Form and follow instructions)
  • Personal Essay - Answer all four essay questions
  • SAT or ACT test scores (applicable only for US students)
  • GMAT and GRE scores are also accepted but NOT required if the SAT or ACT is submitted. The GRE Institutional Code is R1105, and the Department Code is 1699.
  • International students must submit a TOEFL score unless international student is attending accredited baccalaureate engineering program in the United States, or an institution where the language of instruction is English. The TOEFL institutional code is 1103.
  • A $50 application fee payable online
