COMMERCIALIZATION ASSISTANTS
Graduate programs have options for financial support in the form of either a research assistantship (RA) or a teaching assistantship (TA). Case's MEM program does not have access to these positions, but it does have an opportunity that is available only at Case and is particularly appropriate for business-minded innovators - in other words, for MEM students: the commercialization assistant (CA). Pioneered by Case's Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Program (STEP), the CA Program is a unique, customizable internship program that matches graduate students with researchers, companies, and/or early-stage investment firms for the purpose of developing a wide range of entrepreneurial opportunities.
